How amiable are thy tabernacles, O Jehovah of hosts!

My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of Jehovah; my heart and my flesh cry out for the livingGod.

Yea, the sparrow hath found a house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she layeth her young, thine altars, O Jehovah of hosts, my King and myGod.
4
Blessed are they that dwell in thy house: they will be constantly praising thee. Selah.
5
Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee, — they, in whose heart are the highways.
6
Passing through the valley of Baca, they make it a well-spring; yea, the early rain covereth it with blessings.

They go from strength to strength: [each one] will appear beforeGod in Zion.

O Lord, thou hast taken pleasure in thy land: thou hast turned back the captivity of Jacob.

Thou hast forgiven thy people their transgressions; thou hast covered all their sins. Pause.

Thou hast caused all thy wrath to cease: thou hast turned from thy fierce anger.
5
Turn us, O God of our salvation, and turn thine anger away from us.
6
Wouldest thou be angry with us for ever? or wilt thou continue thy wrath from generation to generation?

O God, thou wilt turn and quicken us; and thy people shall rejoice in thee.
8
Shew us thy mercy, O Lord, and grant us thy salvation.

I will hear what the Lord God will say concerning me: for he shall speak peace to his people, and to his saints, and to those that turn their heart toward him.

Moreover his salvation is near them that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land.

Blessed are those who dwell in your house. They are always praising you. Selah.

Blessed are those whose strength is in you, who have set their hearts on a pilgrimage.

Passing through the valley of Weeping, they make it a place of springs. Yes, the autumn rain covers it with blessings.

They go from strength to strength. Every one of them appears before God in Zion.
